Do you have NASCAR, NFL, Disney, Harley Davidson, or any other copyrighted designs?

No. We do custom work only and do not inventory any pre-printed garments. Nor do we sell any iron on decals.

What is your minimum?

We have no minimum -- Yes, you can order 1 shirt, however, on orders of less than 2 dozen you may encounter set-up charges and additional costs on the garments. All prices are based on quantity and discounts are applied at 6 dozen, 12 dozen, and 24 dozen.

How much does it cost to embroider my design?

The average cost to embroider a shirt or cap is $3.00 - $6.00 per item depending on stitch count. The average cost to set-up a custom design for embroidery is $75.00 - $125.00. We have over 5000 stock designs to which your business, club, or team name could be added. If you choose to use this option, the set-up cost would be $25.00 or less.

What is your turn-around time?

Our normal turn-around time is 2-3 weeks, however, over the years we have made every effort to meet our customers' deadlines on time, every time. In your best interest, we recommend you plan ahead and allow plenty of time for us to complete your order.

How many colors can I use in my design?

With embroidered logos you can use up to 9 colors of thread. The number of colors on a screenprinted logo will depend on how the artwork is done. Most jobs use 6 colors or less, however, if your design requires more than that please give us a call and we'll discuss the available options to achieve your goal.

What is your guarantee?

Designs Unlimited guarantees all products to be free of manufacturing defects. In addition, we guarantee our workmanship in screenprinting and embroidery. Our goal is for you, the customer to be 100% satisfied with the finished product. If you for any reason are not completely satisfied, we will refund your money or replace the garments.

What are my payment options?

We gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, or American Express credit cards along with personal or business checks. Our terms are Net 30 days for established accounts and 50% deposit and balance on delivery for first time orders.

What is involved in getting my design on a shirt?

Your design needs to be converted to printable artwork. This can be accomplished by using our in-house art staff or you may submit your own electronic files.
